It happened again! bluehost.com decided to deactivate my account since I had been hacked, and someone implemented a phishing script on my site! Not Tutorialvine.com though, but it is hosted on the same account.
After a bit of conversation back and forth with bluehost they helped me locate where the culprit was located and reinstated my access, so I could delete the offending script and clean up in general on the site.
I am still worried that there are open areas on one of my accounts, but I have been cleaning up as best I can, and will continue to do so.
Bluehost.com was very helpful in getting my account reinstated, and I am very happy for their assistance. I am reminded of the proverb of “a friend in need, is a friend indeed”. Kudos to Bluehost. If you are looking for a new hosting provider, I can give them my thumbs up.
